The Business Office

Susie – Scheduling Coordinator
Susie is the most recent addition to our front office. Prior to working with us, Susie was trained as a medical assistant and worked in the back office treating patients. Susie is responsible for the scheduling of patients for Dr. Fletcher and the hygienists. She is the friendly voice on the phone and the first smile you see when you come in the front door. Susie lives locally in Riverbank and is a busy mom of two children. When she is not at the office, you can find her reading, camping, enjoying music and travelling.

Trudi – Office Manager

Trudi began with our office in 2001 as our front office coordinator, but has been working in dental offices since she was a teenager.  She is now responsible for handling all dental acconts, financial consulting, HIPPA issues, and insurance questions.  Trudi oversees many of the operations throughout the office and is always lending Dr. Fletcher a helpful hand.  When not in the office, Trudi enjoys watching the latest movies, cooking, watching football, spending time with family, and loves to stroll the warm beaches of Cancun, Mexico!

Our Dental Assistants

Katrina – Registered Dental Assistant
Katrina is one of Dr. Fletcher's two chairside dental assistants, but can be found throughout the office helping with her great multi-tasking skills. Katrina joined our office in 2006 and completed her dental assistant training at Galen College. She is one of Dr. Fletcher’s two main chairside assistants, helping him with all dental procedures. When not keeping Dr. Fletcher on track, she and her husband Andrew enjoy weekend getaways with their two adorable little girls, going to Disneyland or even catching a USC football game.

Debbie – Registered Dental Assistant
Debbie has been a dental assistant with our office since 1998. She is one of Dr. Fletcher’s main chairside dental assistants and has exceptional skills in all aspects of general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Her strengths include patience and gentleness with all of our patients (not to mention Dr. Fletcher!). Debbie and her husband John live locally and are busy parents and grandparents. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dedicates extra time to her church.

Our Dental Hygienists

Amber – Registered Dental Hygienist
Amber is our full time dental hygienist working Mondays through Thursdays. She began her career as an assistant and then finished her hygiene training at Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA. Recently married, Amber and her husband Todd live in Turlock. When not in the office, she can be found hiking, fishing, hunting or just enjoying the outdoors with her family. 

Hilary – Registered Dental Hygienist
Hilary grew up in a dental family. Her father is a practicing orthodontist and gave her a love for dentistry as well as a beautiful smile! She received her hygiene training at Loma Linda University. As a new mom, she works on a part-time basis in our office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Hilary is married and lives locally with her husband and daughter. She loves spending time on the lake, scuba diving, and traveling around the globe.

Shawna – Registered Dental Hygienist
Shawna works Mondays in our office as a hygienist and fills the rest of her week at an office in Manteca. She graduated from Chabot College and has been a hygienist for the past fourteen years. When not working with patients, Shawna also manages to be a full-time homeschooling mom as well. She and her husband Steve live with their family in Escalon.
